As an artist, my goal with this piece was to tell a powerful story—a visual dialogue between light and shadow, motion and stillness. The central figure, a woman with radiant, colorful wings, serves as a beacon of serenity and strength. Her wings, a vivid interplay of warm oranges and yellows with tranquil blues, symbolize both the warmth of human emotion and the cool clarity of introspection.

Beneath her, a second angel emerges—a striking counterpoint with smaller, shadowed wings, clad in dark robes and holding a sword. This figure represents grounding intensity, a force of resilience and determination. The deliberate contrast between the two figures conveys a sense of balance and duality.

The brushstrokes are both intentional and intuitive, flowing freely to create an evocative tension between intricate details and abstract cascades of paint.
